Bone marrow, spleen and lung RNA was extracted from 4-week-old male wild-type C57BL/6 (WT)(n=3) and heterozygous Mefv-hMEFV*V726A knockin mice (HE) (n=3), then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by PCR with mRNA primers.

The spleen, bone marrow and lung tissue lysates were collected from 4-week-old male wild-type C57BL/6 mice and 4-week-old male heterozygous Mefv-hMEFV*V726A mice, and then analyzed by western blot with anti-Mefv antibody.
